The new primal burger is delicious. However the chain seems to be struggling to staff its locations. The team members seem... overwhelmed and unprepared probably due to the high turnover. The are often closed at what would be considered normal businesshours. Read more
The 1st 2 times coming here were great! Downhill from there. The next 2 times were awful. 2nd time in a row for poor order. Last... week, after I got home, the chicken was cooked hard, like almost burnt. This week, I got two of the wrong burgers and no fries. I ordered 2 big burgers and a chicken combo. I told the guy when I was there about the previous experience, thought that wouldhelp. I tried calling them and the call cut off twice! Not sure if they are short of help or what, but I think I'm done. I Will look for another one. Read more
I will never eat from this establishment again! I ordered the breakfast platter, and the first bite I took of my eggs, ended... with me pulling a very long Brown hair from my mouth ????.. I've never been so disgusted in my life. Make sure to check yourfood before eating, because food safety is clearly not important here. Read more
