Has been going downhill since changing management. She?s a crab and always rude. The new people brought it are not pleasant... either. Today I went in to order so I could see what muffins they had in. Ordered my usual iced coffee with cream and caramel aswell. The whole time I was ordering, the tall skinny guy said ?mhm? after everything. I paid and went to the other counter topick up. He puts down a hot coffee and says it?s mine. I said, ? It?s suppose to be an iced coffee? and he said ?I repeated backto you everything you ordered as you ordered it and you said yes?. I told him he only said ?mhm? to me after each item. He madethe coffee and slammed it down on the counter and walked away. I asked if I needed to pay extra to which he threw his hand up atme without even looking at me. I stop here about 3x a week but think I?ll try the one the next exit up or head over to Starbucksbecause the rudeness I can?t tolerate. Read more

Customer service lacking, used to be better. I drive up to the drive thru window, wait a few... (Usually greeted with usual... welcome can I take your order) NO Greeting. After saying hello is anyone there, the person says yes. After waiting again I sayare you ready to take my order she says "Go for it". I give my order of 3 items and drive to the window. Of course one of theordered items was wrong. After correction and paying, i did not get offered a receipt. So i asked for it, and she says I threwit out. She then reprints my receipt and I see i was charged incorrectly. I parked went inside and spoke with the manager.Removed a star for each error in that experience. I have had better experiences here in the past. Maybe a worker that hatestheir job... IDK. ???? Read more

RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER! I pulled up to the speaker and immediately the lady to answer the headset was extremely rude. She asked... me what I wanted about three times, each time I began to speak and she would cut me off. Then after asking for about threedifferent donuts and being told all were sold out of each one I asked for a second to look at the menu to see if I wantedsomething else and was told ?decide what you want before sundown? and as I was asking about menu items she constantly asked if Iwanted anything else. OBVIOUSLY I WANT SOMETHING ELSE IM JUST TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS I WANT THAT YOU STILL HAVE. Aftergetting fed up I just told her I would stick with just the one drink I ordered at the beginning. Then I reached the window andwas rudely greeted, my card was aggressively snatched out of my hand, the window was slammed multiple times, and the lady rolledher eyes when I asked for a napkin for the cup that was covered in coffee. As of lately this location has been on a overall decline! The line is always stretched out to the street for drive through. This... used to be the best dunkin location, how sad. I will come back and edit my review if the store begins to better ! Oh one daythe drive through line took almost 30 min ! Two week review, went to this dunking 3 times this morning but on my 3rd visit inwas very busy and they all seemed to fall apart ? well not all but the older lady with reddish hair for sure wasn?t having agood day , seems to fold under a little pressure from a few customers. Hope her day gets better tho . And my coffee has no sugarbut I will not be returning it atm . Thanks .. Read more

Somehow the hash browns were burnt and soggy at the same time, the wake up wraps always have burnt cheese, and their coffee... tastes terrible. Lately the staff has been very rude, I ordered here the other day and the lady that took my order sighed overthe mic and told me to pull forward. Please hire some nicer and more competent staff, this is why I go to starbucks. Read more

I had an issue at a DIFFERENT location last week near The Mall of Ga. I definitely will not return there. Today I visited... location on Hamilton Mill. I commented to Belle and Renee about how friendly the staff is here. Michelle is new at thislocation and she is so friendly and made me a great latte. All three ladies went far and beyond to make sure I was taken careof. Customer service is A+ here. I will definitely return for future visits. Thank you ladies for making my visit a pleasantvisit. Rude staff during my visit on 4th of July. Completely messed up my mobile order and we?re combative when I went inside to get it... corrected. It says they?re hiring but they had plenty of workers that morning, I just had the misfortune of interacting with theworst two. How can you be rude to the person who?s order you messed up? I was nothing but kind and understanding but I?m alsohappy to leave a negative review. Go visit Dacula road or Buford Hwy locations for better service. I asked for Apple Fritter andreceived a cinnamon roll donut. My munchkins were just throw in the bottoms of the bag. My bagel was missing until I asked forit and then it came almost burnt. Nothing was super great quality it was kind of slapped together. I?m the type of customer thathas no problem waiting if it means I?ll be treated better and get better product but instead it was this huge rush job afterthey found my misplaced order and then when I asked for it be corrected I was met with staff members talking smack about mebehind the counter.
