Se we walked in and no one was there to greet us had to speak up to get the staffs attention from the back. All the counters... were not clean it was expensive and not that good I could have gone to Kroger and got better ice cream. To sum up my experience and every review in a quick review. The ice cream is pretty good and is around 4/5 stars in taste. The... workers there, however, are a 1/5 stars at best. They practically don't know you exist and will straight up lie about not havingstuff in stock to avoid having extra work. overall I think this place deserves a 4.2 for taste but its run by a bunch of teenswho don't care so what can you do. Drove 20mins! Stood in line for 10 mins just to be told they were out of dairy free ice cream! Not even the sherbet how!? There... all kids working back there playing and splashing ice cream around very unsanitary. Read more
Ice cream is just ok? really not worth the price. Martin was totally unwilling to yield even a bit to give good customer service... to a 6yr old who didn?t care for the strong flavor of his original order. A small scoop of vanilla would have made a happy kidand instead we got Martin. We won?t go back. Read more
I never post bad reviews but this place is a total scam. The picture is of what looks like a giant milkshake for $10. I order a... regular milkshake for around $7.50 and they charged me $10. Then I?m like whatever and they hand me what looks like a smallmilkshake for the large price. Guess it?s the ?nitrogen? experience. Total scam job. Stay far away. The two young guys working had horrible customer service. Light skin guy didn?t speak. Yarned didn?t cover his mouth or turn his... head. They both acted like they didn?t want to come into work. A place like this you should be excited to work at. No mask nohair nets for none of the workers. Good ice cream. Large is actually a small. So you?re paying for the experience. Read more

Not sure why this place is getting bad reviews, but we had a great experience here! The employees were nice and the flavors were... great! We would probably come again! The smallest size was $10, but it?s not just regular ice cream so idk why people arecomplaining about that. Read more
