Just had the worst captain ds experience 10,19. Food was cold. Broccoli actually felt frozen to the touch , fried shrimp was... cold. When I returned it the food was microwaved. This does not work on fried shrimp . Young ladies were nice. Kai themanager had a very nasty attitude. He is treating customers poorly. Another customer wanted more than 1 butter for apotato and was refused. Manager will not allow. We have been eating at this location for many years. Very disappointed in thechange of ownership. They did away the senior discount. That's disappointing. Response from owner states Wednesday and Sundayhas senior combos. I called the restaurant on Wednesday and was told there are not senior meals at this location at thistime. The owner needs to speak with management and get on the same page. Read more
They deserve a 0 star but that?s not an option. Ever since management changed it?s went downhill. Been getting the same meal for... over 15 years(deluxe seafood platter substituted the chicken for fish)because I can?t have fish and now they tell me that?s notan option. Been a customer at this location since 2000 and it has been the only place I go when I need a seafood fix. The last time in they... changed the fish on the sampler meal to two very thin pieces and it didn't look or taste like cod. They also discontinued sidesalads as a side item. I have not been back since they changed the fish. That is the "last straw" because they took away thereasons they were better than Long John Silvers. Read more
Ate here today for lunch, what a wonderful experience. I thought I was at a sit down order type facility the way the staff... treated me. The food was excellent, staff extremely friendly. Go to this location if you want to pampered. Read more
Tuesday July 19 I normally don?t do reviews however in this instance during our dine in experience, we never got our food. ... After waiting patiently for an over extended time, I asked for the manger and they never came to our table. So I went to theregister and asked for a refund. Choose your places to eat wisely. Update: they are finally open for dine in again and we couldn?t be happier. Same amazing service from the staff and the resto is... super clean. Thank you guys. Definitely in our rotation. We miss this place. I am only giving 4 stars since we can not dine inuntil now. I really would want to go back and dine inside while the food is still hot and fresh out of the oven or microwave.Whatever it was, it was def good. Read more
Limits you to 2 tartar sauces, and won?t even let you pay for more. Dining room isn?t open either. There fish was not as good as... most captains ds either. I would definitely avoid this location Read more
