So frustrated! I don?t think people realize bad customer service can ruin a visit. Ordered my single scoop for my birthday.... Looked small, but it?s ok. Brought up my app for her to scan, she says it?s your birthday huh. I saw yes and she says happybirthday! Price doesn?t change and my husband scans card. I ask her, why didn?t my price change? She says oh, you didn?t get akids scoop. That?s what?s free! No where, NO WHERE on my app did it say kids scoop. We bought three scoops, just give me one forfree! Horrible service. We had a group of children and were looking for dessert that everyone would enjoy after dinner. Due to some food sensitivities... we determined sherbet would be the best solution for everyone. Baskin-Robbins didn?t have it available for scoops or cones butthey had it by the pint. The staff was so nice giving us cups and spoons as well as loaning us a scoop so we could let everyoneenjoy it at the restaurant together. Thank you. Read more
It's a shame, with the reputation Baskin Robbins once had to see this particular store so dirty looking. I've tried many times... to do business here but I'm done. The tables are NEVER wiped down. Lots of people BEHIND the counters but I have never, everseen any employee picking up or cleaning up or wiping up the front of the restaurant. I've seen garbage cans filled to the brimand no one bothering to empty them. Sorry Baskin Robbins but this establishment is a total disappointment. Read more
DO NOT ORDER BIRTHDAY CAKE HERE. Very bad experience and HORRIBLE CAKE that's so different from the pictures online. Do not... order birthday cake from here. When I went to pick up the cake I ordered, it was different - looks bad and supposed to be 6 icecream sandwich on top of the cake was 4. I had 6 kids birthday that all looked forward for the part and now missing 2. 2 of 4Oreo ice cream sandwiches were broken. The lady at the counter was nice enough to call the manager name Lewis to see if he wouldgive us some credit. He had told her on the phone to tell me "we had 10 cakes to make today and that's why we made a mistake,it's obviously a wrong cake but there is nothing we can do" Really? I paid $40 for this cake and now I have a sad birthday kidand horrible looking cake that two toppics are cracked and 2 missing. I told the lady that is a very bad customer service on hispart, I have 6-8 birthday parties to plan a year and I would never use this spot as the cake looks this bad and the manager doesnot care to keep business. I love the ice cream and the doughnuts. But the staff is just lazy. No one speaks up to help. They pass the buck for every part... of the experience and make the customer have to move between registers. Most every time I am there, they mess up the bill andunder charge (good thing I am an honest customer!). Teenage labor may be cheap but they are getting what they paid for! Read more
