So frustrated! I don?t think people realize bad customer service can ruin a visit. Ordered my single scoop for my birthday.... Looked small, but it?s ok. Brought up my app for her to scan, she says it?s your birthday huh. I saw yes and she says happybirthday! Price doesn?t change and my husband scans card. I ask her, why didn?t my price change? She says oh, you didn?t get akids scoop. That?s what?s free! No where, NO WHERE on my app did it say kids scoop. We bought three scoops, just give me one forfree! Horrible service. We had a group of children and were looking for dessert that everyone would enjoy after dinner. Due to some food sensitivities... we determined sherbet would be the best solution for everyone. Baskin-Robbins didn?t have it available for scoops or cones butthey had it by the pint.
