How ironic for them to have this sign up on their counter when they have the nastiest attitude. The employee asked if we wanted... a drink and we said no . i guess he has a hard time hearing so then he told his friend that im assuming was on break who was inline behind ?its like im talking to myself now a days? like who talks like that in front of the customer ? when we had repliedno in the first place and then when he said that i said we said no we dont want a drink . and since he was making the mini dogsim guessing he burnt them on purpose because they were already bagged up ???? but one day they will try the wrong one on theright day . I ordered Uber eats with auntie Anne's and the part that actually was delivered was great. But they forgot part of my order and... when the Uber eats driver asked for it they said that it wasn't part of the order. So they have great food but I would go inperson so that they don't try to scam you like they did with me. Read more

Went today the so called manager told me it was a 20 min wait which i was fine with that. After i receive my order was missing... one pretzel dog i told the guy that was making them. After the manager heard me he approach me in a mean manner And told me toget back in line to pay . I asked him get all the way back in line why if they took my order wrong. He started yelling at mesaying i need to hear what he said and how i was being rude and saying how i can?t hear and To just leave how i don?t have toshop and eat there. He already looked like he had a bad attitude and i understand they are short staff but that doesn?t givethem the right to treat the customers like that if it wasn?t for us they wouldn?t even have a job. Loved this place since the mall of Georgia opened years ago when I was like 13, now I?m 32 and every time I?ve come here they?re... closed early. I got to the kiosk at 6pm on feb 27th near the kids play area in hopes of getting some before they closed sincethe mall doesn?t close until 7pm. Literally walked by at 6pm and the two females working there already had the closed sign up,register counted and was finishing sweeping the floor, letting me know they closed probably 30 minutes before that. Sucks and isalso disappointing to close so early near a kids play area where there are a lot of kids and parents on a rainy cold Sunday,y?all could have made another hour worth of profit. Rude lady I asked for a refund cause the food was not cooked all the way after we waited 10 minutes to make the food and still... wasn?t done correctly 38$ worth of none cooked food she gone tell me they have applications so I can get a job I don?t need nojob first off not from you and second I?m not even from Atlanta she has poor customer service skills. I asked for my receiptback after she said she so called refunded it she said no she threw it in the trash and she not digging in the trash for it so Isaid okay give me the trash I?m get it she said no she gave the person I was with a receipt showing I paid for 3 drinks notshowing no refund.Also her and here little workers laughing and talking about like it?s funny but if me are kids would of gotsick it would be a big law suit on your company for not properly cooking your products correctly.
