We got a coupon sheet in the mail. They didn't accept the bogo footlong coupon and because we got a Cali sub, the coupon for 2... footlongs for $12.99 didn't mean anything and it still cost over $17. Used the mobile app to order 4 subs. The subs weren't ready at the arrival time and once they were ready, they were rushed and... not made nicely with toppings spread unevenly and they were barely toasted, just warm. 1 of the subs was made entirely wrong andhad multiple wrong toppings on it. I've had on two occasions with two different employees not once but twice did not put gloves on when they layed down the wax... paper before then putting gloves on for the bread and toppings. Even though they may have washed their hands before hand, I findthis to be a risk during these times so I would proceed with caution.
