I have been going to Grande Jakes for many years and told many people about it. But after yesterday (9/16/22) I will not be... going to your establishment in Buffalo Grove. My wife ordered a taco salad with extra chicken and white rice. When we arrivedhome there was not any rice or chicken at all. I called Grande to report the issue and was told she did not order that when Iclearly heard her say it 3x. I told the employee he was incorrect as I heard her and was told I was wrong and they had thecorrect order. I will no longer bring my business to Grande Jakes and go elsewhere.
