Damnit came through tonight ordered chicken sandwich nooooo pickles everything thing was ok until I got my sandwich with pickles... and didn't receive my chocolate sundae fries were actually fresh This time.. but come on I understand everyone is short butdon't act like you don't have time to do your job right.... They make Good money earn it as well please ... McDonald's was Coolback in the day... it's The employees that are changing it.... Hope I get My free sundae when I come back... Read more

SUPER slow and dis-courteous employees..always in drive thru a very long time. Get to the window finally and the employee is on... cell phone..also pulling out, you can't see if it's sage to go until you are already in the road because of the big bushes!! Read more

It's a McDonald's, so I wasn't exactly expecting a premium dining experience, but even for a McDonald's the food wasn't great.... The cheeseburgers tasted old and stale. It was pretty fast and the staff were fine, but the food itself tasted old like it hadbeen sitting out a long time. If you need food and need it fast this is an ok stop, but if you have time then I'd go somewhereelse if you're looking for decent quality food. Read more

Terrible. Just terrible. McDonalds corporate should be ashamed to have their name on an establishment that gives a guest... experinece like the one I had this evening. I parked my truck over at the cenex next door and just finished finding out they areno longer 24 hrs. Walk over to McDonalds to redeem my "lunch" break. It is 10:05 by this time. There are maybe 10 guests insideof McDonalds. Doors are locked. Walk through the drive thru it is then. I get myself in line. I am 2 cars back from the orderbox. Neither lane is moving. There are no guests waiting at the window past the order boxes. No one is having their order taken.This goes on for 15 minutes and 2 cars get through on each lane. Now I am up. Again radio silence from both order boxes.Everyone that ordered before has now been served and left, everyone is also out of the lobby now. I decide to phone therestaurant. Phone picks up then hangs up immediately. I call back, they let my call ring through. I call again, they pickup thecall and just leave the line open. Keep in mind, 10 minutes has now passed since a single customer has been talked to by thestaff. It is as if they are closed. I call a fourth time and actually get a response where the worker tells me they are too busyto talk on the phone. I was a bit frustrated at this point and I asked him what exactly they were busy with because no customerswere being helped. He hung up. Shortly after the order box sparked to life and they took my order. I start walking around thebuilding to the pickup window. The customer waiting at the other order box beats me to the window (car vs me on foot). I listento the driver of that car and McDonalds worker chit chat about their personal stuff for 9 minutes. Finally, I get to the window.All I had ordered was a big Mac no pickles and a large fries. We just rolled over 41 minutes into the experience. Receive my icecold food and am delighted to find what appears to be extra (4) pickles on my burger. Will not be back. Read more

The bathrooms were awful!! Absolutely 0 toilet paper in either stalls -mens or women's, no trash liner in the stalls, nothing... had been cleaned in a significant amount of time, our order was messed up after trying to correct attendant x2, told employeesabout the restroom and they did nothing about them nor were apologetic that they were is such a state. This is what we get for fries at 9:00pm no point in ordering a large when you only get smaller in a large container. Don?t... bother stoping here obviously no one was trained properly. July 12 12:55pm lady in the back doesn?t know how the mobile appworks and instead of getting someone that knows what their doing she just takes the item that should have been free off. Tried using curbside pickup, after waiting more than 20min after checking in, I had to unbuckle all the kids and head inside.... The counter girl claimed they were waiting on fries (20min??? And drive thru was getting service) I asked for the manager andshe basically didn?t care. After another 5min we got our food and left only to find out we were missing a large fry and none ofthe happy meals had toys. If I could give them 0 stars I would Read more
