We were in town for the night and decided to stop here for dinner. We ordered the 16oz ribeye and the grilled Mahi Mahi. Before... our dinner came they bring a basket of bread to the table. There were scones (biscuit like bread that was slightly sweet) andsesame bread that had a sweet glaze as well. This was freshly baked bread and it was outstanding especially with butter. It wasa delicious beginning to our meals. Steak was seasoned ideally, a perfect medium rare and very tender ???? ???? Mahi, Mahi wascooked perfectly and had a tasty herbal butter. Salad and soup were great as well and come with an entree. The only twocomplaints I have is that my baked potato was not hot. It was not hot enough to melt butter on, it also could have been cookedlonger and my diet Pepsi was flat. Great dinner nonetheless, Thank you. Read more
My server was very sweet, and good. Food was not so great. My pork was very tasty, had to go back to the kitchen half way... through to get cooked the rest of the way. Then the manager? Brought it to my table to argue that "she would have eaten it thatway" "Steamed" veggie side was canned. Prices waaaaay to high for canned food. Good food. Like a lot of places in this town they are perpetually understaffed and mobbed daily by tourists. Make a reservation... if you?re on a tight schedule or a good size party. Thick, tender perfectly seasoned prime rib and buttery bacon-wrapped scallops! Prime served with raw or creamy horseradish and... au jus. The cauliflower casserole is a rich, subtle blend of cauliflower, cream and white sauce. The side salad is a large comboof mixed greens, shredded cheese, tomatoes, croutons and a few carrots. Every meal starts with Cattleguard's rolls and homemadescones- flaky and lightly sweet. Casual dress but enjoy the old-world dining touches of black cloth tablecloths, napkins. Theservice is outstanding- our server was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful both in dining choices and area points of interest!Make the time to stop for a quality meal with a large variety of choices. Fantastic food and service! Friendly bartender that pours a great drink???? The food was so delicious I forgot to take photos!... Managed to take one of my perfectly cooked steak! Salads were fresh and cold. Served with a basket of assorted warm rolls. Wehad the 10 oz ribeye Perfectly seared on the outside and medium rare on the inside. All in all we were very pleased! Our server was over the top professional and was very understanding with our food allergies steaks especially the prime where... cooked perfectly to out temperature likes. Will definitely be here again. Just remember this is a steak house expect to pay alittle more for a perfect steak well worth it. Read more
Everything was so good! They were so busy, but our server (Shay) did a fabulous job! The bread and scones were a great start. ... Then they bring you a REAL salad - not that iceburg mess! I chose the 12oz sirloin (med rare) with a sweet potato and it couldnot have been any better! My son got Mahi Mahi and loved it! My wife and daughter ordered the chicken and said it was great!
