If I could give them zero stars I would!! I received a call today regarding reservations I made for Longmire Days. The gal... called to let me know that the prices were incorrect and the cost would be increased from $93 to $120 (a little over). Also theyrequired a 4 night minimum stay and that it was non-refundable if you needed to cancel. None of this was indicated on theirwebsite. So it seems pretty greedy & shady practices by the new owners & they are taking advantage of people coming in forLongmire days.\n\nJim (previous owner) was always great to work with. He called me up when the dates were being changed but hadnot been announced to the public, to see if I wanted to change the dates & he took care of it with no issues. He was amazing &that?s why we liked staying there but we won?t be with this new owner. Read more
What a cute little spot! I love the history of Buffalo and these cabins coming up on 100 years old really makes you feel like... you\'re visiting the wild west. The new owner seems to really care about keeping this place going and I look forward to comingback to see the updates/upgrades that were in the works during my stay. Read more
Charming, fun hotel with nice rooms, though some maintenance would be best such as with water under the bathroom floorboards in... room 4 and the bathroom lightswitch in room 15 giving a small electrical shock on occasion. Otherwise it\'s a great andcomfortable place to stay! Read more
Super disappointed after calling to make a reservation this morning and driving all day we get here and there is a signs that?s... says open but the office door was locked. I called 5 times and just went to vm left two! Sent a text message and still nothing.Had to go elsewhere and find a room.\nSuper cute place and such great reviews. Hope they don?t charge my credit cards as I don?tneed to spend hours on the phone with my bank disputing it. I very specificity said we would be arriving between 6-7 pm pulledin at 6:45 pm. Read more
What a great spot! It\'s a family-owned operation and it shows in the best way. The management really goes the extra mile to... make you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day, 2 night stay. If you\'re passing through Buffalo, I would stronglyrecommend staying here. Read more
Our room was not ready when we showed up. In other words, it wasn\'t reset after the last guests were there. Bed wasn\'t made,... towels and trash everywhere, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The manager makes it feel like home. The bed is super soft and the environment is outstanding! Definitely the best place we have... stayed on our trip! My only critique is it need a little update but was still very clean and comfortable.???? Read more
This made our trip to Buffalo perfect! It\'s within walking distance of \"downtown\". It was clean, comfortable and quiet! ... The staff never hesitated to take care of anything we needed or answer any questions. Only sorry I didn\'t have time to usethat inviting pool!
