I have been to this location multiple times while I was traveling work being that it is right next to the hospital. However,... this particular visit the young lady in the drive thru had a very nasty attitude, she acted as if she didn't want to take themoney I was handing her and then she handed me a frosty that had the contents running down the side of the cup which I thoughtwas very sloppy and inconsiderate. But when I asked for napkins which was obviously for the frosty that had runneth overth, theyoung lady snapped at at me and said NAPKINS ARE IN YOUR BAG!!! Online shows closes @ 2 and at 1 I was ordering in drive through and was asked by the order taker to tell the cars behind me... that I was the last car. By the time I got to the order window the person just had a bad attitude in general. Food was ok.Wasn't expecting a 5 star meal but coulda been better. Read more

They tried to sell me tap water for 3+ bucks. I only gave 2 stars because somehow I got a free bottled water possibly because I... mentioned my throat condition. I stop at Wendy's a lot and being gaslighted is unexceptable that it is a policy and they have tocharge for the cup. The restaurant is loosing money due to treating people badly not because you need to get more money perperson. Way to loose another customer. Read more

It took me over 20min for a walk in to the counter. Then the young person was not focused. I gave my order and as usual for this... location it was wrong. Food hot for a change but order was rung up wrong. I repeated my order and asked the person if they couldunderstand me. Still not correct. When will this location get themselves together. . .
