This was the worst Service that I have experienced in 55 years. The food was OK-ish but the team, consisting of three ladies,... was incredibly unfriendly and untalented. It was so bad that they just don't deserve more than one star. When we entered we hadto line up. Even though there were only three people in front of us it took ages. The reason was that only two were workingwhereas the third was not visible as she was having a chat with a guy on the street. Also the eldest of them was providing extraservices for one customer, she was obviously knowing (extra sauce here, extraflakes there). Finally we were asked to place ourorder, which we did. In the meantime the queue reached the door. Amongst others we ordered a BLT as menu (the panini which weactually wanted to have was not available). While we were waiting for our stuff the third team member showed up (a lady of 35-40years). First thing was that she - in impertenant tone - was complaining that we would wait in the wrong place and she wascommanding us to wait somewhere else. Then we got our coffee. We asked for some sugar. The one who came last was first refusingto give us sugar. She said that we shout have asked in the beginning. Fortunately her young colleague was helpful and was givingus some sugar sachets. I was then asking for the chips which were part of the menue. The three ladies literally refused to givethem to me. This is really unbelievable. I've got the impression that the one who was first not working put pressure on theothers - to behave like they did. This is a place where you shouldn't stay. their toilet is closed to visitors, they didn?t even let a child in, they counted... extra coffee in the order, which we didn?t order. the coffee was barely warm, which immediately cooled down. in cold weather,you want to warm yourself with hot coffee, disgusting taste. children's dessersweet balls was with someone's hair inside. thisis a nasty place, don't visit it Read more
This is the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to there?s never any management the workers are rude. I sat out front waiting for... somebody to wait on me for at least five minutes (no one else was in the place) When somebody did wait on me I was talked overand rushed. The next time I was there the workers were outside smoking they knocked on the window telling us to leave becausethey?re closed (at 5 o?clock in the afternoon). It is a real shame because people from all over come to the city and this is thetreatment they get. I have learned that when my son has a hockey game there I stop and get a coffee prior to getting to theharbor Center. Read more
Worst Tim Hortons ever!! It was a hot afternoon when I entered the store. I went there for getting some drinks for the kids and... myself. Kids wanted to use the washroom and crew told me that 'if you want to go to washroom you will have to buy something'.Understandable!! I infoormed that no issue I'm getting drinks. They took the payment and a lot of time for making thedrinks...after that they informed 'we don't know where is the key is!!!' Pathetic...when I told them hey it's my kids...theybecame aggressive. They clearly gave a solid indication of what kind of individuals they are!! Ppl be aware!! Read more
Best location of all the tim's in Buffalo. They speak English. Their polite, the service is fast. The store is a great tribute... to the Great Tim Horton. Nice job on this location. You must stop in to see this store. Read more
The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. Almost 30 minutes for a couple of sandwiches. It wasn't that busy and 4 or 5 people... were working. They were indifferent, at best. Couldn't be bothered. The bathrooms were open for others, then closed for us...?Avoid, if possible. Read more
Quite a unique Tim's, as the interior is decorated with hockey stuff and isn't the boring same old Tim's you find everywhere... else. Unfortunately, the items are more expensive than Canadian Tim's. Read more
They were out of a lot of things, barely got any cream cheese on a not toasted bagel, got our order wrong and made an iced... coffee with TEA. TEA. Not to mention not well cleaned. Very disappointed with this Tims. Read more
