Just came from here with a friend. The young woman working served my friend first, my friend said what she wanted, and the woman... working said back the proper name of the drink like she was agitated and impatient she said it wrong. Then I stood at thecounter for another 5 minutes, and watched them walk past me and look at me a few times and eventually she asked if I wantedsomething, looked at her coworker, said something in a foreign language, laughed, then took my order and smiled in my face. Maybe you could use more accurate pictures. I definitely feel lied to and cheated. Not sure if they were running low on on the... Everything topping, but, my bagel top was almost embarrassingly bare (pic#5). And, it's abundantly clear that your "egg disks"were manufactured for biscuits NOT bagels. Pictures 3&4 are after I "yummied it up" with a scrambled egg with grilled onions andKissed By the Sun "Everything Bagel Seasoning". I'd probably be more upset if I didn't have the KBTS seasonings. I prefer hot coffee. I had to wait for lukewarm! I was in the drive thru and they gave me my donut and change back, then told me... to have a good day. I ask what about my coffee? Then they reach around and handle me a cup. I was running late but at the stoplight I took a sip and had to spit it out! Unfortunately I had no time to return. Read more
