Dan is a talented chef. The first time I went there I ordered a steak sandwich, not expecting much. It was so dang good. The... second time I went there I ordered a salad. First off, it was a good portion for the price. He makes everything from theingredients in the store at Premier- so everything is local and delicious. Everything on the salad was fresh, the croutons werehomemade, and the dressing was amazing. It was a gourmet salad for sure. This place deserves all the hype-it?s a hidden gem. The Prosciutto sandwich is delicious on the rosemary focaccia roll, and their salads are also great.
This is my new salad staple! I get the house salad everytime with grilled chicken and it?s a very generous portion with homemade... dressings and homemade croutons! The ingredients are fresh and it?s made in a timely manner. Dan also let?s you try any dressingbefore you commit. I was there yesterday and I asked if he had my favorite maple Dijon dressing and he didn?t? but he made somefor me on the spot!
