The day we went to the restaurant my son And I were starving. I can say we didn’t eat all the food. My steak was so small if... you can see in the picture. The mash potatoes tasted like instant mash potatoes. The one you just add water. My son pasta wasbland and the thing that you see in his plate is bread, but tasted as bad as the food. The only things I recommended here is thebeers and mozzarella sticks. They are the best thing they have. Read more
We waited 45minutes to get drinks and the waitress brought 3 bloody Mary’s when we ordered 3 strawberry daiquiris. When the... daiquiris came another 15 minutes later they had whipped cream on top and were virgin. The food took over an hour and a half.The waitress was absolutely terrible. Will never be back. Went after a show and was pleasantly surprised. Servers were cool friendly and the vibes were good, especially the hostess. Food... came out faster than expected. Waitress was very nice. They were out of lemonade and couldn't bring both appetizers at once because they only had 2 fryers.... Restaurant was almost empty and I see why. I thought it was very overpriced for what you get and won't ever go back. Forcomparable items, they cost more that longhorn, Applebee's, red Robin, etc. What they called a potato skin was actually half ofa skin and the boneless wings were hard. Was dinning here tonight. The service was horrible, the food was nasty and the waitresses were not on the same page, none of... them knew what was going on, total chaos, brought my food to the wrong person. Another customer lost her patience on thewaitress for bringing out the wrong food to her. I waited 15 minutes just to get water, another 45 minutes for fries and fishthe restaurant was not even crowed. When our food came out it was cold. I was so frustrated I asked for to go containers withouteating. Our waitress was dull she clearly didn't wanna engage with us. Complete turn off. This experience destroyed my appetiteand my date night. I will never dine here again. Read more
Ordered through DoorDash. The dinner I got was $30 for about $8 worth of food, so I know they're not hurting for money. The... wings tasted like pure fish. I hate fish because it tastes rotten to me. I don't recall seeing fish on their menu which meansthe wings are spoiled. I understand the price of food is high but that doesn't mean cut corners and put your customers at riskto save a buck or two. The salad was mostly cheese and cabbage, hardly any lettuce. Customer service was horrible. I placed my order via phone, the guy that took order was very rude and after or was placed, he... abruptly hung up the phone. After I picked up order, everything was over cooked and cold, I threw the whole order away. Burntpotato skins, over cooked chicken and a missing item. $76 wasted! I am disputing the entire transaction with my bank and I'llnever do business with them again. Read more
