Best subs I?ve ever had. Owner operated which make the prices extremely low and all ingredients are of the best quality and... freshness. Owner takes pride in his food and his shop and he?s right? go to subway if you?re looking for fast average foodespecially during lunchtime. This is the sub version of the soup restaurant on Seinfeld. He greeted every customer by name whenthey entered so there is certainly a following. Too many customers are just inconsiderate these days and they aren?t invitedback here if they act rude. Started coming here to try the assorted sub for my husband and he LOVES them. Quality ingredients, fresh rolls and prepared... with care. I haved purchased literally hundreds of subs for work events over the years from many sub shops in the area andfinally had the opportunity to place a work order from Tailgate. Hands down, Tailgate's subs are the Champs!!! I will bedriving out of the way if need be for future events as their subs are clearly winners (and at a very reasonable price -bonus!!!) Read more
Wow! I've been doing myself a huge disservice eating subs from johns and jacobis all these years. This was hands down the best... chicken finger sub I've ever tried! And mimicking other peoples comments idk y ppl think this guy is rude. He seems more like ajokester to me. The pic of him in one review is what actually made me go in , along with sooooo many people on Facebook ravingabout the subs (so to the guy trying to steer business away - it didn't work bud!) Amazing subs! Ingredients are tasty and high quality. My personal favorite is the chicken finger sub. Don?t order anything with... bacon. I either get soggy strips of bacon or soggy bacon bits. The owner is friendly and clearly cares about quality andcustomer service. Aside from the soggy bacon, my only complaint is that the owner handles payment with used gloves on and thengoes and touches food again. Not only unsanitary, but my card is always handed back to me with grease on it. Read more
