They are exploiting the online ordering system to allow people to place orders BUT THE STORE IS CLOSED. This is how I find out... my store is striking? Just lost ~$10... Like wow, Starbucks... you have staff ready to work, just pay them a fair wage and letthem unionize. This is insane and should be illegal. What freaking year are we in? You disgusting robber barons. Garbage corporation using illegal lock-outs to keep unionized workers from working while still allowing on-line orders to go... through knowing customers who already paid would be unable to obtain their orders. Management from corporate was rude andsmelled like alcohol during my visit. Service from hourly employees was topnotch. Read more
I get oat milk instead of regular n it was sour the last 2times I went n the manager completely blew me off. It?s not hard to... open a new box or bag n remake it really quick especially for sanitary issues. This place has went downhill so much. Read more
I have had it, I cannot tell you how many times I have dumped my unsweet tea out. They don't clean pitchers or containers.. I... often taste fruit or sugar or other condiment in my unsweetened tea. This was my favorite Starbucks before I moved out of the west side a month ago. I will still stop by when I?m in the area. This... location was recently updated. You can now check your name in screen to see if your order is ready, instead of not knowing andthen you have no choice but to ask. I wished all stores get the same update. The protestors out front heckled me and refused to let me by to get my coffee. I didn't think they were allowed to do that to... customers. If I wanna buy a coffee from Starbucks they should just let me by. The people inside are nice though and apologizedthat the protestors were so rude to me and gave me my extra shots I added to my drink for free.
