Great experience from start to finish. Called ahead to see if they could accommodate my large party and the gentleman was super... friendly. Arrived an hour later and his attitude was just as great and friendly. Greeted us with a smile when he was in themiddle of working at the bar. Looks like he is juggling a lot but you could never tell by his attitude. Very reasonable pricesand a very pleasant experience. Read more
The barbecue here is one of the best I've had in Buffalo, the drinks are great and staff is friendly, the sides I would say are... the only thing that need tweaking like adding some honey to the corn cake or some garlic to the Mac n cheese but overalldefinitely want to come back and would recommend. We had an amazing meal at the Roaming Bison that we will not soon forget! Since we are huge fans of BBQ we didn?t want to get... our expectations too high, but their food blew us out of the water! Every meat was cooked to perfection, the sauces were unique,and there were a multitude of delicious sides to choose from. The owner and chef came out to ask us how everything was and whenhe found out it was our first time there he took the time to tell us about his process, inspiration, and journey to making someof the best BBQ I?ve ever had!
