2nd visit to this location. I watched the girl preparing the food, cash someone out, wipe off the counter with her hands, while... wearing the same gloves, she went to prepare my food, and put her hand into the vegetables instead of grabbing the utensils.Told her to change gloves a redo. also, they are now charging for garlic sauce a dollar each not two for a dollar and you can?tget it on your food unless you pay for it. Prices have definitely increased. It was $18 for a chicken bowl? inconsistent andgross. I was watching people refill the food with their dirty gloves, putting their hands all over the food. Rachel?s is good but this new location was a big let down tonight. The staff were completely rude and did not seem happy to be... there. They looked like they had no idea what they were doing. They totally skipped out on the veggies compared to normalportions. Rice was over cooked and hard. Other customers in front of me were very frustrated with the service as well. Read more

The worst takeout experience I?ve ever had. Placed a mobile order, wasn?t started when I arrived, everyone was standing around.... The girl put the completely wrong toppings in both bowls and just picked the stuff out when I pointed it out with pieces leftin. At the end I was just so frustrated I took the food and left. Don't get me wrong Rachel's is great but this new location on Delaware charged me almost $17 for a rice bowl that is $12.50,... cashier said all the prices have gone up. WRONG! Called Main st. Location and they are still 12.50 as usual. I will never goback to this location. Read more
