Ordered a Chicken souvlaki wrap. The Greek pita was decent, but the chicken was bland and flavorless, the pepperoncinis were... tough, dry and leathery... The garlic sauce, tzatziki sauce, and dill sauce were all good though. Mythos chicken is much moreflavorful. Read more
The food was decent. However I have never received worse service in my life. The workers were so rude and wore AirPods. I had to... wait for my fries to be finished and when they were the worker threw them into my bag. I?m never going back. Read more
Terrible customer service. They kept getting my order wrong and sometimes they forget my order completely. The employees chuckle... when I would express my irritation and how inconvenient it is to make an order at a certain time just for it not to be ready atall. They never pick up the phone even when they?re busy. It?s ridiculous. I use to love going to Rachel?s but now I think Iwill just stick to home cooking or try out a different restaurant. Downtown service was TERRIBLE! The staff was rude unable to adhere to simple request regarding our orders, so bad that only one... of us was able to get a meal. Ordered salad bowl on Wed July 6 2022 from the Elmwood ave location downtown, and was in bed for the next 5 days with food... poisoning. In all fairness i have ordered at least 10 other times from this location with no issues but this time was different.I was in pretty bad shape and almost went to the hospital but I felt I was getting a little bit better every day until finallysymptom free almost a full week later. We were greeted upon entry. Served immediately. Well informed with the choices - specific menu items explained. THE. FOOD.... WAS.DELICIOUS! Got the Rice Bowl with Rachel?s Rice (rice with vermicelli noodles), with chicken shawarma on top (chicken breastcooked with garlic sauce and potatoes), and LOADED with the freshest of vegetables. What a delicious and quick lunch. Walked in and was out of there in less than 5 minutes with 3 delicious salads. This was our... first time visiting Rachel's and the staff was very friendly and answered questions we had. Portions were the right size tofill you up, but not feel overly full. I really enjoy the food, but they have a limited menu. I do go maybe 1-2 times a month, I'll pick up dinner for the family on... the way from work. I just hope the prices for a meal stop going up. Read more
