I go order falafel wrap 17.35& just sandwich it?s very expensive I asked him why the falafel 17.35 he said I add hummus on it... are You serious The falafel wrap it?s coming with hummus tahini tomatoes cucumbers this tha falafel wrap . Tried it for the first time today and was not impressed. I got a salad bowl with souvlaki chicken. Portion was good but the... chicken was very dry, for $15 I do not feel like it was worth it. I was the only customer in the restaurant and the girlworking seemed like she really hated her life, understandably so. I'd be bored to tears. I feel like this place has potential,maybe I'll try another location some day. Edit: I was contacted and given a credit for my meal. Rachel?s food is great, and the downtown Chippewa location is always on point. This location unfortunately pales in... comparison. Though the food is consistent, the atmosphere and service couldn?t be more different. Empty restaurant right at peaklunch time, only a couple of staff members working and a significant wait just to order despite the lack of people inside. I?dopt to go for a different location if you plan to eat inside or are in a hurry, but would hit up this Rachel?s with a takeoutorder anytime. Read more
My son has worked for Rachel?s for 5 weeks. I had to go to the restaurant and ask another manager to call Josh to come and find... his first pay check. 2 weeks later same thing! My son enjoys working there but not for free! Currently waiting for Josh toanswer his phone so that my son can pick up his check! Read more
Rachel's is so yummy! I love their salad bowls with chicken and lots and lots of tzatziki sauce. Their french fries are great,... too. Friendly staff there, and the food is done so fast! Read more
Terrible portions and food was cold, missing items. This is $14 worth of food according to Rachels.
Ordered a rice bowl, and Greek fries. The rice bowl a was delicious, but the Greek fries were absolutely drowning in toppings.... The few I picked off the top were really good, and left me wishing they were not completely submersed in a bowl of oil. I'm notsure if that's what's intended, but it made it not enjoyable. Read more
Id give 0 stars if i could. Worst Rachel's location. The past three times I have ordered from here they mess up my order. Today... I got a salad amd they made it wrong and did not give me any dressing. No one ever answers the phone when you call. I paidalmost $15 for the salad and the to go co trainer wasn't even half full.
