I have been trying to get the shrimp box got over 2 years now. And they are ALWAYS OUT of shrimp syaung either they don't sell... it or they are not ordering it or it's not coming in. It's a different story every tike. I just want shrimp 2 tender and fries.How hard is that not to mention when I do settle on tender they are cold, and they always forget to.put my fries in the box.Almost every time. Read more
Drive thru and they did not have blackened tenders, when asked what they had, they said they got regular and spicy tenders but... couldn?t make them fresh 30 mins before closing.. It does not take that long to make tenders fresh. Just lazy staff. This was ona Sunday night by the way for whoever is reading this. On top of that every time I asked to order something they always delayedan answer just to say they don?t have it. Who is running this place??? Slow people. This is the worst Popeyes location ever. They are always out of everything, esp the basics. I've never encountered that at all.... You can't understand them, they always act mad and rude. Terrible customer service. I asked what was in the Cajun rice due tomeat allergies, they had no clue. So I googled it and let them know. They don't even know what their serving. Popeyes has the best fries!!! They're always crispy and fresh. I also love that they carry strawberry fanta!! This is one of my... favorite fast food chains because they have things everyone can eat with a twist. The spices they use are very different frommost chains. Three times I've been here, twice in person and once for an online pick up. The first two times they were out of spicy chicken,... the first time the sandwich, the second time a three piece and just now an online order for three people. When I arrived theyhad gotten the order, bad news was it was going to be another 20-30 minutes for them to have the order ready. This place neverseems to have spicy anything in stock, you're waiting for they're rude. Find another place to go if you want an order right. Read more
Food was good for the price. Not quite as spicy as I'd expect real Cajun food to taste like. At this location 2 members of the... staff stared at me oddly when eating. Not sure why, but beyond that it was a very nice visit. Read more
The dinning room is closed in May of 2022, everywhere else in the world has been open and available to dine in by now. Every... time I go to this location through the drive thru, they don?t have basic stuff like ?nuggets?. It?s always hard to understandwho?s on the intercom as well, which is why I?m writing this review due to what has happened below. I go in the drive thru topick up food for me and my girlfriend, she wanted nuggets, but as soon as I get to the intercom I get told, by the drive thruperson they don?t have them. So I decide instead of trying to call my girlfriend while at the intercom, and hold up everyonewaiting behind me, I decided to just go in and order because it?s easier to hear people and learn what they have instock. Instead the dinning area is closed. I have numerous times in the past ordered delivery from this Popeyes as it?s theclosest one to where I live. I constantly have issues, either cold food, or messing items etc. So I finally got fed up toactually complain on here. Also I called another local location the N.Buffalo Popeyes, and they had nuggets, so it?s not dueto a shortage as much as they are either too lazy to order everything, or cook everything, maybe they just don?t make as muchmoney off nuggets so they pick and choose which product to offer which I?m sure is against franchise rules This location ismanaged extremely poorly, even when it comes to who they decide to be the drive thru person. My first job I worked at wasMcDonald?s. I started working grill/cooking food, but i have a personable personality and I am well spoken, so they moved me tocashier and to drive thru. Ok, so as of today this location is knowingly scamming people. I went thru drive thru and ordered cicken tender meals, 1st time... they gave me nothing but regular chicken. So I went around told them and re-ordered, 2nd time thru they sent the exact samething out. Regular chicken, along with no sides and then charged me for extra sauces i did not get.
