My Son and family dined there yesterday and they brought me two pieces of pizza..I was at Sister's ER. This is the Best Pizza I... have ever had thus far in 45 years around the sun and moon. We were so excited to go here. Walked in (after a terrible parking experience of just trying to find a spot) it looked... fantastic! Our server was so great! She was friendly, helpful, and checked on us all the time! Problem with this place.... 1.They dont make the pods fresh. We ordered our pod and it was out in 5 min. The dough was cooked and hot. The inside was warm atbest. 2. We ordered a garlic crust. They brought out a wheat crust. We talked to the waitress.... she took it back and thencame back and said the manager and cook said its the garlic crust. It was brown and raw.I showed the waitress the garlic poddough we had and the pizza garlic dough. It was crazy! So while our server was awesome and tried to help, her manager andkitchen staff doesnt have her back. Sadly, we will never go back. We love the canal side area on friday nights, but thisplace is bad. We were nervous when we came in on a Friday night and saw that one woman was working at the hostess, the waitress, and the... bartender. Even though it wasn?t that busy we were dreading the long wait. But she worked very hard and was killing it? the waitwasn?t long at all. She provided amazing service. She even gave the kids some pizza dough to play with and keep them busy. Wewere really impressed with the service. We had gone there in large part to try the gluten free options, and they were out ofchicken strips which was disappointing. But the nachos were pretty good. This was my first time here. CAme for my sons bday dinner. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. But The pizza was... not very good.
