They have good food, the full size Mac and cheese (famous) is large. You will be eating it for lunch the next 2 days. Just... remember that they cook to order so it is a wait. The server we had was excellent. We were a large group and she stayed withus; bringing soda, napkins or whatever. The rest of the food was alright. We had a some special dietary needs so that food wasan issue. The first time their food was brought out it looked great except it was covered in cheese, even though they asked forno cheese. When it was remade the salad came back in large peices. As if they couldn't be bothered to chop up lettuce, onionsand the other items on the salad. At one point there was an entire half of onion pretty much whole. I certainly understand thatrestrictive diets can be a pain there really was no need to do that. We have a few allergies and that just made them feel likethey were asking too much to have food they could eat. It's a good place if you don't have special diets and enough time towait for food. Maybe they could have a few options for those that have food allergies (almost vegan or just vegan, not justsalads). All in, we would go back. Had the buffalo chicken wrap, very much enjoyed it. Grilled ham and cheese on marble rye excellent. The fries, skins on are the... real show stealer. Place was empty, the waitress was very nice. I enjoyed this one more than the one in Corning. Read more
This review is based off of the soft pretzels, hot pepper soup, three pigs macaroni and cheese, and hamburger. The pretzels were... very soft, the cheese sauce was just average. The hot pepper soup was thick rich creamy and delicious with a nice spicy kick,the sausage in the soup was very tender and flavorful. I would definitely order that again. The macaroni and cheese was good,very cheesy and had ham, bacon, and sausage, all very good and tender. The burger was thick, the roll that it came on wasbuttered and toasted. We stopped in late Saturday afternoon and the place wasn't very busy. We were able to select the table of our choice. Our server... was efficient and checked on us frequently. We ordered the Rachel, a grilled cheese & bacon sandwich, and the Senior portion ofchicken fingers. I have never before seen a Childrens and Seniors menu, and I thought it was a great idea. As sides we hadchips, fries, and tater tots. The chips were crisp and delicious. The food we ordered was good, especially the chicken fingers.They were crispy instead of soggy. They arrived at our table sauce-less, and I asked our server for medium sauce, which shereadily supplied. They came with blue cheese and celery. There was a good amount of well cooked bacon on the grilled cheesesandwich, although the bread wasn't anything special. The beer selection was varied and interesting , and I was excited to seeUFO Blueberry available. The restaurant had a large open dining area, and was decorated for Christmas. Came in for my Anniversary and was blown away. Food was great, service was great. The onion petals were amazing and their... homemade zesty sauce was primo. My husband had the Black n Bleu burger and I had the Stinger mac n cheese. Best Mac I've everhad! Will come back again and again so many more macs to try ???????????? Read more
