So all I have to say is this place literally needs to be shut down. I came from NYC to Buffalo for a wedding, Firstly it was... very difficult to find any good place to eat in Buffalo, but we figured get McDonald's is an establishment that's usually thesame wherever you go. Half hour drive thru wait, just to get the wrong food entirely. Lobby is closed, couldn?t return food. Had to wait in the... drive-thru for another 20 minutes. Food was then made correctly and it was delicious, but the fries were old and soggy. Read more
The McDonald's on McKinley is a nice McDonald's. The service is pretty fast and the food is usually hot. I go there for coffee... in the morning and it is always fresh. The workers are super nice and friendly. Would recommend. Read more
I did a MOBILE ORDER and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I would have normally gotten over it, people make mistakes. But my... experience changed when I tried to call to bring it to their attention no one answered the phone. It?s the lack of customerservice for me. Read more
Placed a special request order for two quarter pounders, for the silvered onions to be cooked on the grill with the burger... seasoning. Heard and saw the cashier tell the people on sandwich table and grill the order. Only to receive two regular quarterpounders when i got home. Went back with the order and got told by someone else that they 'don't do that anymore, because of thetimer on the grill' I worked at a McDonald's. It rings up on the receipt as 'special request' and it has nothing to do with thetimer. You just cook the onions with the seasoning for a minute or two until they're brown, it's not rocket science. They shouldhire more people that don't look like high schoolers. Maybe they wouldn't be so backed up on orders. Read more
As an adult, I hate everything about them. Over priced garbage food. Bad service way more times than not. Most of them are... dirty. BUT, when you have children and they advertise all over thier programming and you're in a hurry to begin with you give into avoid the stress unfortunately, well in my case anyway???? Read more
