William Street drive thru was down today. There was no notice. Cats were just sitting waiting for service at the speaker. After... waiting to long we all pulled up to the window also there was no one there and no sign. Staff was all in the front of the storechatting away by the pick up window. Horrible customer service. They also forgot my extra sauce I paid for with the dry overcooked spicy nuggets they gave me. Read more
Don't bother going here unless you have a half an hour to wait for your food. People literally put their cars in park on the... drive through due to how slow the service is in this place. Been their several times and always the same lazy slow employees.Today the credit card system wasn't working so only cash. Place is a train wreck. Read more
I placed my order. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Got to the window to pick up my order only to be told "we can... only take cash." I asked, "are you serious? Why didn't you say that when I placed the order". Such poor customer service Read more
Cashier which apparently was also the manager was very rude and nasty. She acted as if she was just to take my order and do... anything else for that matter and she acted like this with all the people who I had seen her deal with and she had 3 customersahead of me when.I arrived and was in line and then I seen her also take care of 6 other customers after I had ordered my foodwhen I was waiting for my order. Then when the same employee made my ice cream cone she acted like she was not going to make mycone even I was waiting for 20 minutes after I was given the rest of order that was a few burgers, well she was asked if my conewas coming after I had gotten the rest of my food and she replied when it's ready and I watched other employees make cones forthe ppl in drive thru and she was just standing there looking around making nasty comments underneath her breath and about othercustomers and employees just acted like she was just to good for anything and she was just trying to get a reaction from anyonewho was going to say anything about how she was talking to people and making people wait because she was not doing anything. I got in queue for drive through since I had just recovered from Covid and didn't want the chance to step inside to get my... order. I waited at the drive-up kiosk for 15 full minutes to give my order and nobody came to take my order. I walked inside(with a mask on) to ask the employees what was taking so long and they said their systems were down, while I could notice exceptfor 1 employee at the cashier and 1 employee on the grill(from my view) , 3 ladies were consistently on their phone and nottaking drive through orders. I waited for the 2 people in front of me to get their order in and finally ordered my mobile orderwhich seemingly the cashier didn't know what to do with the 4 digit pick-up code. It took another 8 minutes for me to receive myorder which was just 2 sandwiches and a fries. I came home and opened my bag only to notice that one of the sandwiches wasburnt. Not hating on Mcdonald's but this branch has some serious issues and people need to be either fired or re-trained. Read more
Mcdonald's is as consistent as it gets. Always open and always serving a quality of food that is acceptable for fast food. This... Mcdonald's is clean updated and curious. I would recommend it if you are in the area and need a quick bite to eat or a cup ofcoffee. Read more
