William Street drive thru was down today. There was no notice. Cats were just sitting waiting for service at the speaker. After... waiting to long we all pulled up to the window also there was no one there and no sign. Staff was all in the front of the storechatting away by the pick up window. Horrible customer service. Don't bother going here unless you have a half an hour to wait for your food. People literally put their cars in park on the... drive through due to how slow the service is in this place.
