Visited the drive thru on 10/29 around 1130pm. My order was taken and I drove up. Got to the window, the employee was staring... blankly and handed my bag to me. The fries were cold, so I asked for a fresh order. They asked me to pull up. 15 minutes later Ihad to walk up to the window and ask for my fries. The burger was dry and hard. Go to another McDonald's, this one is trash on multiple occasions. All the staff is super unprofessional. They cancelled my... order because they were out of stock on a few items so all they gave us were the Mcflurrys and the extra sauce we paid for. Areyou kidding me?!?!? The meal was fine but a 45 munute wait in line was ridiculous. It wasn't the fault of the employees. Just not enough for the... amount of cars waiting to go through. I would suggest hiring a couple more people to work on a busy saturday night. The food wasgood though. Read more

With chain restaurants, you always kinda know what you're gonna get in terms of food quality. Where the difference is made is in... terms of service. This place does not pass the most basic bars of service. The employees are rude, take forever to get to yourfood to you, and will talk over you if you dare to go to fast for them your order. This is not to mention the fact that theirice cream machine is always broken or they don't have the stuff for milkshakes and ice cream and that there is almost alwayssomething missing from your order. Is it normal for the 24 hour drive thru to be accessible to only online orders On SOME but not all weekends after 1 or 2 am... ? Some times I?m told they can?t take my order.... meaning Grill a burger and take my cash because apparently the system isdown .... and other times everything is good to go no issues at all . Does this World wide company have no IT employee oncall to fix the system when it shuts down at night or are the employees just lazy and making excuses for not wanting to workand take orders ? If the computer system is really at fault some nights I feel bad for the staff having to turn down Orders ,however If the computer system isn?t shutting down every other weekend ...... you have some real lazy dipsh*ts working here .It?s astonishing how we can land a man on the moon, but yet this McDonald?s can?t accept a verbal order and toss the paper cashin the register some nights .
