Poor quality for overpriced food. Misinformed, rude, and inattentive staff. With only one other couple at the bar we waited 30... minutes and was never asked if we would like another beverage, not even a thank you. The waitresses were complaining about theirjob and vaping their Hyde?s at the bar. They advertise a shop that is nonexistent (except cups) their hours posted on theirdoor, on Google, and on Facebook are all different and not consistent with the times they?re actually open. So many other placesthat better represent Buffalo. Read more

I have to thank Ryan for the fast and excellent IPA recommendation, then kyle our server for the quick, accurate, and... unobtrusive service, and Joe for hustling like a maniac to ensure that the machine stayed well oiled. Dont miss this placebefore a Sabres game. The food was out fast, hot, and tasted good. The drinks came immediately, even when ordering from thewaiter. My go to now before the game. Read more

Alright let's talk about this absolute monstrosity of an establishment. Unfortunately I come from the service industry so maybe... I notice things at a higher level then others, but this place is a mess. I am in town from out of State and my partner and Idecided to go to the Sabres game. We decided to come here prior to the game. The location is PRIME and the inside is absolutelybeautiful and a perfect set up for prestadium activities. Upon walking in, there was cups, beer cans, food all throughout theentrance. Once We sit at the bar and it takes 5 minutes for us to even get acknowledged, even though two bartenders walked pastus multiple times. I went to the rest room and the bathrooms were disgusting. Garbages overflowing. No toilet paper. And nopaper towel. Bartenders walked the bar as though they had no purpose. I almost felt like a bother, asking for service. Onedrink was given in glass the other two were given in plastic??? A older gentlemen sitting next to us got his first beer inglass then ordered a second one and was given in plastic and was told sorry no glass..... confusing. Upon ordering a secondbeer, the keg popped. That's fine. We waited 20 minutes for the keg to get changed and it was obvious that the keg that was puton was warm as it poured straight foam. She then proceeded to pour blue not blue light and didn't make anyone aware. Food, spectacular. Overall experience, terrible. Will not be recommending to anyone. Read more

Went here before the hockey game last night, our table was a party of 10. When we first got there a bit before 5, it wasn't... busy at all, but picked up as the evening progressed. Asked about the bourbon selection (not expecting the world here, I knowit's a beer-centric joint). Waiter said there were 3 available, but turns out there was 1. Ordered a double on the rocks andwhat I got was maybe a single shot in a glass full of ice. Moved onto beer. At least that was cold, and tasted as if the linesare regularly maintained. Then food. Menu was simple, which I'm fine with, but with it being so simple, the food had bettercome out perfect every time. Ordered 20 wings cooked crispy, and a $17 pepperoni pizza. Wings were hot but far from crispy, and the pizza is maybe 10", 6 small slices, mostly devoid of any spice, and reminded me of high school pizza. Along the way, other drink orders were forgotten, and it was just a generally bad experience. Definitely will not revisit. Read more
