We went through the drive-thru ordered from kfc, the young man taking orders, working the window seemed very sweet! But... meanwhile we waited about 10 minutes for our food. They forgot to give me a receipt so i ended up waiting very long, and i then asked them if my food was done, i told them I... didn?t even know that was my food, because they never gave me the receipt with the number. Worst ever!!! KFC Abbott Rd., Buffalo, NY Placed the order through their mobile app and the five piece chicken tender box meal... was missing both of the sides and the dipping sauces as well as the à la cart items were cold and blah tasting. The best partis they wouldn?t answer the phone for the entire hour and a half I tried to call after ? so I guess they don?t take more ordersas well. I ordered a 3 piece meal through Uber eats with this Kentucky Fried Chicken they sent me a piece of bit off chicken and a... chicken tender that was broken in 3 pieces that was utterly disgusting and very old. When I call the restaurant they we're veryrude and Disconcerned with the order they sent, The lack of concern with the food being bit off of an it being covid it's veryconcerning and alarming for me about this restaurant I don't suggest that anyone eats or orders from here unless you want to besubjected to getting covid from some of the employees that are biting off the food and sending it out........
