Horrible service the lady at the window needs some home training . Couldn?t even get our order right , she was rude as hell !!!
Each visit gets worse and worse. Today was the last straw. 8 piece meal and you wait until I pay to say no breast available.... Then I get home to 7 pieces in bucket. Not even worth the trip back. Bye KFC Read more
Went today ordered 2 12 piece dinners almost 80 bucks the chicken was soggy the biscuits were so dry they actually crumbled into... crumbs I mean almost $80 and the food was horrible never before have I ever experienced such a thing I mean 80 bucks is a lot ofmoney to spend for some chicken but usually it's good no the worst I would have taken it back but we can about 5 miles to go tothis KFC wish they would make it right but I don't think that will happen Read more
their delivery is usually fantastic, but the drive-thru was not as great. it was like 3:45pm, they had no breasts. and I got the... deal which includes 4 cookies, but they didn't include the cookies! ???? the stuff we did get was good, as usual, tho. Read more
This string that was used to wrap the frozen chicken was fried together. I don?t know what chemicals might have come out from it... to fry the chickens.. They exchanged the one with their one piece of chicken. They also forgot to put a chocolate chip cookieinside, which I did not notice until I got home. Need to work on the food hygiene! Read more
This place is very unprofessional, first their chickens are over fried compare to other KFCs I have eaten. They may be frying... them multiple times. 2nd in two incidents I ordered through GrubHub, they did not have the menu item in stock but they willneither call me or cancel the order. GrubHub driver will go there driving 15/20 minutes and they will tell them they don?t havethe item. Such a waste of their time and mine waiting on food. It is obvious that they don?t have respect for other people time.KFC should train them professionalism and responsibility. Read more
KFC on East Delavan 12/4/22 We got the 8 piece bucket. Yummmm Even the breast was fantastic. Often that can be dry. Not so this... was very moist and juicy and with the extra crispy OMG. GREAT Kudos to the cook!! Read more
