My wife and I had purchased a VIP package for a show. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant before the show. Upon arrival... we were sat and had a great experience with staff and food was excellent. Unfortunately, when the box office opend for will calltickets, the restaurant became a nightmare to navigate. Super crowded and no direction from event staff. We missed our seatingcall, just too unorganized. When we finally made our way into the show, the attendant did not seat us in our reservedseats. Ended up sitting on the curved bench where wait staff was moving through the entire show. Very disturbing. Wait staffwas disruptive during the show, which interrupted the flow of the comedian and made it difficult to follow the show. Wouldreturn.....but much wiser. Read more

My review would have been 5 stars if it wasn?t for the ridiculously high fees on everything you?re required to order in the... showroom. Prices are already high enough but then to add on a fee on top of the high price is what will keep me from everattending another show at Helium. Josh Blue was awesome! Clayton Williams was Awesome!!
