To dine in I order the Fruitti de Mare, was delicious, the staff attention great. I liked the ambiance, the cocktails, but, I... order for pickup a lasagna that was tasty and linguine Alfredo. I added shrimp to the Alfredo, but bland, like 4 shrimp and thesauce too thin. I was expecting something really good. Also, will be nice to add the desserts menu on the online orders. Read more

Dine in: Quick and kind service. Decent selection of drinks and specialty cocktails. Food came out quick and was good. Take... out: Only 25 min wait during dinner rush. Caesar salad was good, gnocchi was pretty expensive for the portion size, still verygood. Read more

This place was good. It wasn't crowed when we went. The place is SQUEAKY clean and had AMAZING STAFF. The food was good, the... bread was AMAZING. I recommend checking out this place, it's good and taste great! Read more

0/2 for restaurants in Buffalo. Arrived at 5:20ish pm. Was immediately sat and given menus. Took waiter five minutes to greet... table. Ordered drinks and their steamed clams for an app (for 12 they charged $16?). Drinks came and were small (pictureattached) and when I finished the soda, the waiter advised there weren?t free refills. This must be a Buffalo thing becauseGabriel?s Gate has the same policy. Odd to think sales are bad enough the restaurant has chosen to collect on soda refills. Steamed clams came out 10 mins later and were average, some of them tasted bad and were off. I asked if they had bread and thewaiter said they had some kind of house bread. They brought out the bread 10-15 minutes later. Bread was good, but dippingsauces were not. One tasted like a roasted red pepper hummus dip that I wasn?t a fan of and the oil looking dip was so terribleit almost made me sick. Then they brought out the entrees. I ordered their veal francaise special ($25). They first put theside bowl of spaghetti on the table that was not very tasty, then they put down the veal. The veal was decent, but very thin ?schnitzel thin. Was definitely not worth $25 even in pandemic prices. Tops I would say $18 maybe $20 if one is greedy. Serverwas fine, not rude or overly friendly. As the restaurant got busier, the service got much slower. We ended up waiting far toolong for our meal to be cleared. I then asked about dessert and ordered the peach cobbler. Took 20 minutes to get the peachcobbler ? big mistake. Peach cobbler was huge and bland, and by that point they had produced the check and they were chargingme $8 for that cobbler, so I sent it back as I couldn?t even eat it. Waiter also overcharged me for clam appetizer putting themin at $18 instead of $16 which I then pointed out and he spent five minutes investigating. Here?s the best part! The food here is amazing. I had the lasagna and it was perfect. Then had the peanut butter pie, this could have used a bit more... whipped cream and chocolate crust as it was very rich. I can?t wait to come back to town again and eat here. Read more

Chose this restaurant on a whim as we looked for parking on a cold, snowy day in Buffalo. Man oh man did we get lucky as this... place had GREAT Italian food. On arrival, the host, a.k.a The owner, put 2 tables together to accommodate our party of 6. We satand ordered garlic bread and they came with a roasted garlic and red pepper and olive butter. Really good. We also ordered a fewdrinks, The Sicilian Old Fashioned and a Chianti. Finally we ordered dinner (See pics) and everything was EXCEPTIONAL! My sonhad the Steak Giacobbi which was so darn flavorful that I was a little jealous I didn't order it. Overall great food, greatservice and cool atmosphere. This is a HIGHLY recommended restaurant when you are in Buffalo. Read more
