Avocados are never fresh for $18. Staff seems not to care feeding you rotted avocados. Ingredient quality has gone way down hill... for the price that you’re trying to peddle your bowls for. The food and drinks were aggressively mediocre for the price. The Price listed on the menu board was different than what we were... rang up for. The ging and juice tasted strongly of celery and the other drink separated as you drank it. Read more

I ordered online for pickup take out. Food was delicious, as always, but when I got back to my desk, I realized the avocado that... I paid extra for was missing. I called the store to let them know and the girl who answered laughed and said “so you want meto refund you the $1.50? You’ll have to wait, it’s lunch rush hour so I’ll get to it later.” Somewhat disappointingresponse seeing that these are $15+ meals and when I pay extra for something that is clearly listed on my online order and theprinted receipt attached to my bowl and it is not in my bowl, I would expect better customer service for their mistake. I’llstill come back because I love the food, I just hope the response is better towards the next person who pays extra for toppingsand doesn’t get them. And of course the refund was never processed. Food was fresh and delicious! The portion sizes are generous, so I was able to split a bowl with someone. I highly recommend the... ahi tuna nachos if you're looking for a sharable appetizer with friends. I had the Hawaii 5-0. It was good but tuna was small and very limited. For $16+ I would expect more.

I have never had a bad experience at Fresh Catch. Consistency: I am a creature of habit. I order the same bowl each time... (sometimes with different modifications). It is the same each time, and it’s always delicious, and so fresh. Quality: you cantell that it’s very important to the owner that the produce and the protein choices are high quality, and fresh. Service:possibly the best part! Each time I come here I am greeted right away, and you can tell that they appreciate their customers.The owner is a great guy, and you can tell his staff loves working for him, a rarity in food service these days. The bottom lineis, choosing to eat here is never a bad idea. I will continue to come back, and recommend to everybody I know. Read more

Loved the flaming tuna bowl. The iced matcha doesn't travel as well. Order delivery options very carefully.
