Came from Canada. Just as good as the regular 5 guys, but smaller patties and bacon was stiff.. otherwise good
Most lousy excuse for management I?ve ever seen. Worked here for two months seen two managers fired for stealing and refusing... service to customers. Managers argue in front of customers ect. Lousy customer service. Everyone walks around as miserable asthe managers on shift. Franchise continues to get worse and worse at this location. A steadily sinking ship of bland over pricedburgers. With a crew who couldn?t care less about their fellow employees or whatever they decide to serve you. These are allreasons I stopped working here. Id say avoid this place all together and learn how to grill a patty you can put some seasoningon. Pathetic excuse for management will never make up for the occasionally on point burger. Get a grip. Apparently taste is optional because my "bacon" cheeseburger had no flavor. As for bacon...I managed to find a couple of hunks... of charred something that might have once been classified as bacon. The normally awesome fries were a glob of undercooked mushthat couldn't eat. Not great all the way around. Read more
Great job on my veggie sandwich 3months ago I had the best veggie sandwich, now today 7/11/22 ordered the same thing as before... , sandwiches suck, asked for grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers green, none of it was grilled, bun wet and soggy, the employeesdo not acknowledge customers , and rude. I ll never go there again the Delaware location in the plaza. I will not recommendanyone. Read more
Nobody on register , 2 on grill, Nobody serving orders . Multiple staff members on break ignoring customers. Eventually staff... returned . Woman with red dyed hair walking around behind counter not even acknowledging customers. Ridiculous long wait for adoordash order. No attempt at customer service. Five Guys has really good burgers and hot dogs. The fries taste good but are often soggy. I haven't tried the milkshakes but my... friends seemed to have liked theirs. The service is usually good and the employees don't seem unhappy. There's free peanuts,which somehow results in peanut shells all over the floor. Prices are fine, calorie counts are high but not prohibitive. Read more
This location gets our orders wrong ALMOST EVERY TIME. Paid for large cup and received small. Paid for large fry before and... received small. Never got my money back because I would be spending the 3 dollars in gas if I drive back. Read more
