My wife and I have been going to this federal market for over 40 years but after today we'll be taking our business elsewhere.... One employee plus the store manager couldn't have been more rude unhelpful or apathetic. A simple request of the employee, asupposed meat expert, was such a waste of time due to his attitude and apathy that we left and went to Dash's to get what wewere after. The butcher there couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.The resultant conversation with the manager wasequally un productive due to his attitude and apathy. Read more

The meat and fish are exceptional.The worker this past Sat.made the whole shopping experience miserable though.He made a comment... his baby was as smart as his dog now.We were really in shock.He treated us like we were a burden selecting our meats.Will go toanother location next time. Read more

Federal meets was a very well servicing business to visit. Only one thing they never put our chicken breasts in our bag and we... had to take a taxi to get there so it cost us $20 extra and chicken breast we didn't get. However they did say they would giveus a store credit the next time we came in so they made up for it in that way and we appreciate it that's all. Read more

I came in the store for my first time ever. I could see that the store was extremely busy as I even had to wait in the line... outside. When I was next in line, I was served by a very polite young man. I do not recall his name exactly, but it was an Aname, perhaps Alan or Alec. I came in for turkey roll ups, as I?ve heard about from my sister who is a frequent shopper. Therewere not enough in the counter, but the young man took the time to make them fresh for me, all during an extremely busy point inthe day. I was extremely please by this young mans patience.
