Beautiful hotel! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our staycation for our anniversary. Was extremely worth it, especially since... the dining credit covered our dinner. The room is huge. Bathroom had both a jacuzzi and shower. Really nice settings on it too.Never stayed at a boutique hotel, nor a hotel that was all digital like this one for requests from the room. It was reallyconvenient. Free valet- nice touch. Only thing we would maybe suggest is a price list for the mini bar in the rooms. We looked,but could not find one, so we opted not to touch it. Stayed here a night before my friends wedding. The wedding rehearsal dinner was being held there on the rooftop bar for about 40... people. The bride should not have had to worry about anything but it was obvious that there was not enough food and the tableswere not attended to, the bar kept running out of glasses and supplies and the only bar tender would have to keave to grab them.Then dinner was served and the salad went quickly, when they finally brought out more it was just lettuce, nothing else. Myfriend spoke to the woman in charge of events and she did not see an issue with what was going on nor would she supply anothermanagers info. My friend asked someone else and got the name of a manager who did take the complaints seriously. The nextmorning we had hair and makeup on the rooftop with a breakfast buffet and mimosa bar and it was excellent. The hot springs isvery nice and we were lucky to mostly have it to ourselves as it is not a large area. The rooms were nice and the bathroom wasexcellent except that you can't turn on the shower without getting in and you get blasted from every direction with cold water.Wear a cap if you don't want wet hair! My major complaint is that breakfast is only cold croissants and some fruit. That is notup to a 5 star hotel at that price point and the front desk does not tell you how to operate the elevator so I had put the keyaway and had to get it back out to operate the elevator. Had a wonderful night here with my gf. Front desk left a little to be desired. Didn't explain where to go after given keys. The... gut went off on a tangent about the mini bar in the rooms, it was kinda confusing. Expected more out of a 5 star. The room wasbeautiful. The rooftop bar is elegant and serene. We were disappointed the breakfast in the AM didn't have any hot food, again,would expect more from a 5 star. The restaurant downstairs was also nice. Beds are pretty firm. Beautifulllllllllll!!! Our stay was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to have a night away from home & without doubt it felt like I... was vacationing out of town. The decor throughout the hotel is very elegant. & the rooms are to die for. The jet shower and jettub are amazing!!!! The ambiance was purely beautiful and sexy. Definitely will be returning. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The entire place is beautiful!! The room was so unique and decorated... beautifully. The bathroom was amazing, had a shower with 4 different shower heads, a desperate big jacuzzi tub with shutters tolook into the bedroom. The room service was excellent. The revolving bar had the sweetest bartender. The rooftop lounge the VUEwas great, the big huge bonfire on the outdoor deck was an awesome place to spend some time. The indoor/outdoor hot springs hottub was a spa experience included with the stay. Read more
Friendly, efficient workers. Free valet parking, adults only hotel. Rooms very nice with up to date technology. Roof top bar... and fire-pit are excellent. Food good, drinks good. I'm downtown so it is noisy at night. Pillows hard and uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Read more
Great hotel. Very friendly staff and great location. The bar is very nice, it also revolves while you sit. Rooftop is also nice... with nice sunset views on the lake. The rooms are great and oversized with large bathrooms. Not all rooms have a tub, there isalso an aroma therapy shower. Valet parking is free, which is awesome. Overall highly recommend staying here. Stayed over 1 night while passing through Buffalo at this centrally located highly rated boutique hotel. The staff was excellent... professional and friendly and we were greeted promptly in the lobby. Our room was nice and clean on the surface, but the hotelneeds to do some maintenance. The window frames and sills were very dusty and dirty, the furnishings are well worn as are thetowels and linens. The rooftop bar is a nice touch and the drinks are reasonable. Breakfast was included and there was plenty ofhealthy choices if you like Read more
