Trash service. The workers sit in the back playing music while customers stand outside in a long line waiting to order.
Blah mobile orders can not be picked up from drive thru, walk up pick up only@ Bailey location. Ordered funnel fries and they... were very soft all packed together with the powered sugar clumped on. They were very greasy. Service just handed out food. Noreal customer communication. She does not seem like a happy employee and I was the only customer there. Read more
I knew I was in for a treat when I exited my vehicle and felt the squish of vomit underfoot. I probably should have noticed the... armed guards much sooner than I did, but as you?ll see, they were the highlight of my first,and last, Checkers experience. Withservice that would compete with ?the soup nazi? I approached the window, my two new besties at my back only to be handed thewrong pickup order. 10 minutes go by with no progress, and my friendship with the gentlemen of Lockdown Security Services wasfully blossoming. With a Glock strapped to his leg, the only person on premises who cared about my late night hunger, made suremy order was satisfied quickly. I drove away, with more than stale fast food and a tolerable chocolate shake, I drove away withmy life. Read more
This place may have the name of Checkers but what they sale is giving dirty grill in a park, the burgers are always dried out.... The funnel fries started out great now they are greasy and stuck together. I mean are they supposed to be cooked in the samegrease as fries and chicken sandwiches because that's what it taste like. Besides food, employees will have you waiting at thewindow 15 mins before acknowledging you and they see you watching them do nothing. It seems people have gotten to comfortable intheir positions to where no effort is put in to customer satisfaction. I'm an out of towner who now lives in Buffalo and in thesame neighborhood as this Checkers. I know what Checkers is supposed to taste like the burgers for one are juicy and the friescrispy. This place needs a revaluation. My review is not coming from a one time visit but many, I understand with fast food youmay sometimes get food that is not to the expected standard but at this point its never good its never satisfying and a waste ofmoney to spend it there. This place is the worst. Slowest employees I have ever seen. Waited well over an hour to pick up 2 door dash orders at 1am. Was... 6 others waiting too and no one in the drive thru. Took 20-30 mins to fill 2 people's small 1 bag orders. I would give them a -5?? rating if I could. Place sucks on all levels Read more

The baconzilla is my weakness, I go every time I'm in the states. The fries are phenomenal, although I wish the portion was... bigger. Read more
