This was my first time ordering and eating at Charley's and this food was HORRIBLE. This order came to $51.00 it's definitely... not worth the money. I asked for extra mayo they snapped a lot of mayo one one side of the sandwich, the fries was dark Iwouldn't order from Charley's ever again. I would like a refund. At first bite I thought this was under seasoned and didn?t really like it but then that second bite really blew me away! The... gooey melted cheese blends well with the steak. My wife and I decided to check out Charley's Cheesesteaks since we hadn't been there before. There was a line, usually a good... thing at a food place, and once it was our turn, I had the Bacon 3 Cheesesteak, the Ultimate Fries, and a peach lemonade. Mywife had the Ultimate Club and a strawberry lemonade (which was supposed to be a blueberry lemonade...the cashier gave her thewrong drink). I have to say that the food was pretty good overall, though I was a bit disappointed that the loaded fries haveso much cheese sauce and ranch that they can be a little soggy. Also, on the sandwich and the fries, calling what they gave usbacon is a joke. For the sandwich, very wimpy bacon strips, and for the fries, it tasted like those imitation bacon bits. if i could i would give 0 stars the african american women at the register was really rude for no reason i work inside the mall... and when i asked for the mall discount she purposely didnt give it to me and then said in a rude tone ?no, i didnt give it ohwell try next time? so i asked for an immediate refund and was unable to eat because the refund takes 3-5 days to go back to mycard and that was my last 10$ they just lost a good customer i hope she gets fired but ima leave it to karma this happened6/20/22 @1pm Read more

Food was decent. The fries were hot and fresh. But the sandwich bread was super soggy, had to eat it with a fork because it... basically fell apart as soon as I picked it up. But the staff was rather rude. I have never had Charlie?s before and wanted totry something new. It was very loud in the food court and I could barley hear the cashier. I asked her to repeat herself and shegot an attitude and snapped at me. Also witnessed the gentleman that was making the sandwiches roll his eyes and snap at ayounger couple. We visited on the Saturday and tried the deal for chicken Philly Sandwich and fries for $5.5. The lines were rather long, took... about 10 minutes till the attendant took the order. It was prepared in 10 minutes. The food tasted bland, the sandwiches and thefries were not great but edible. Overall, it was an acceptable experience but don't think i will try this branche's sandwichesor fries again. Read more

Wanted to try something different since we aren't from around here. Noticed there was a long line, so we figured it must be good... food compared to what the food court has to offer. We ordered the bacon 3 and pepperoni steak sandwiches along with cheesy friesand bacon and cheese fries. We were given our fries first, which was rather silly as by the time we got our food they were cold.They had messed up our order and ended up having to remake our sandwiches again. The food was very salty and had no flavor atall. Wasn't really worth the cost. When they had passed us our food, they didn't even tell us what was what.
