Carbone?s pizza is great, fast and good service. You can tell that a lot of people come back regularly and know the staff. Pizza... by the slice even has an option of sweet or savory sauce! There?s a lot of seating inside and parking lot outside, plus it?s infront of a bike lane. Pizza has cup and char done to perfection, great crust and thicker cheese. Absolutely horrible experience! We order on slice app around 610pm app lets us to pick up between 656-712pm , it gave us the... choice for curbside pick up so i choose it so i dont have to get out being 6 months pregnant and carry my 1 year old out of thecar . Pull up to location, call the pizzeria and thw lady tells me to wait another 15 mins even though app told me everythingwas done and ready then doesnt know what to tell me about bringing it out to me so i had to drive and pick up my husband fromhis friends to sit in car while i go inside (15 mins later) now . They cant find my food , taking 20 mins to look around, ladytells me i mustve ordered it on the wrong location, i prove i dont . Staff was rude and no help . Get home to the pizza beinghalf flipped over from them throwing the box on top of the ovens , wings are dry !!!! After i asked for saucy on the order andbreadsticks are hard as a rock . Strange experience... Called to ask a question and got the worst employee with such a nasty attitude and was hung up on. But I... wanted some slices so I went in... Got another employee, ordered 3 slices. Put back in the oven.. One was messed up when beingtransferred to the box, so she gave me another one... And the pizza was pretty good... We were looking for the Buffalo pizza and Buffalo wing experience. This was recommended by locals for a pizza/wing duo. Pizza... was tasty. Little pepperoni, that cupped with grease. Super cheesy. Sauce wad good. It had an Italian season flavor. I had hintsof oregano and maybe parsley? Wings were fried, tossed in sauce (5 BBQ, 5 mild/Buffalo), and then put on the grill to char.Wings were ok. Ordered the family pizza special for $59. This includes Large pizza one topping, and 50 wings. The days of the $.25 cent chicken... wing are long gone. Matter of fact, how many of you are old enough to remember when they were $.10 cent? Well nowadays, withwings being $1 a piece now. The family special is so much worth the price. The honey mustard wings (25) were amazing, actuallyfinger licking good. The medium wings (25) were just as good. I love the fact that the wings were crispy. As for the pizza, Ilove the chewiness of the dough. I always enjoyed doughy pizza with a nice crisp crust. I think this will be my new place forpizza. Read more
Ordered a pizza well done, as we do at least 3 times a month from this location. Over the last couple months the quality and... service has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. This is what my pizza looked like when I opened it today, a soggy, uneven, under cookedMESS. When I called nicely to let them know about this their response was if I didn?t wanna drive back now (40 minutes roundtrip) they would put a credit in for me BUT they wanted me to bring the pizza back whenever I order next (no time frame) whichis just NUTS to me; especially considering about a year ago a similar situation happened and under previous management they werevery kind and understanding and offered a refund or a free pizza on my next trip in (no saving of a gross pizza required). Justsad that what was such a staple for my family and I has become a place of such inconsistencies and rudeness.
