This was our first time coming here, and it exceeded my expectations for sure! We started by having lunch and coffee and the... Wonder Coffeehouse. There was an event taking place this afternoon so it was quite busy, but we were able to get a tableinside. The staff there was very friendly and the tables were clean. Food did take about 20 mins to come up, but we were toldby other guests that was unusual. Everything was delicious! Then, we bought combo tickets (to ride each ride once). I had mytwo daughters 3.5yo and 1yo. My oldest is very adventurous and went on everything- except the Jumping Jack which was notrunning. What really prompted me to leave this review were the two guys working the kids’ ropes course- I believe their nameswere Matt & Gabe. I have to be honest, I was hesitant at first. Two young guys, my daughter is a very small 3.5 yo, and Iwasn’t sure how things would go. I’m happy to say I was BLOWN AWAY. As we were getting her harnessed up, they told me theyhave never had someone as small as her go on this before, so we were tightening everything to the MAX. Once we determined shecould get a safe fit, I asked if I would have to go with her and they said not to worry, they would help her. Not only did Mattfollow her through the course (TWICE), but he was extremely patient and reassured her along the way. When she would stop andget nervous he didn’t try to move her along, he told her she was ok and gave her the time and encouragement she needed tocontinue. My daughter raved about this experience the whole way home, and it’s because of them that I think she will be ableto do it again in the future! We will definitely be back, and hope to see them there! To note: the other ride operators werepleasant also (for the most part), but these two went above and beyond. I was a little disappointed they were out of all burgers, so I had the Pot roast on weck. The pot roast was excellent and for me... and my dietary sodium intake, I personally thought the chips and roll had too much for my taste buds. I know others would lovethem that way. My disappointment with the sandwich was the subscription of regular cheddar cheese instead of the menudescription of horseradish cheese. Service was good and staff was very pleasant. It's a nice place to spend some time with family and friends and have fun on the attractions, tickets are a little pricey. $10... for a ride in the wheel. The food was fine but the ice cream shop was closed. Read more

We went for a wrestling event and loved it. Loved the atmosphere and being down by the water. They have a small amusement park... for children and a huge ferris wheel. But it wasn't open when we went in May. We haven't tried the food yet but they had apretty extensive menu. But a bit pricey. We will definitely be back! Read more
This is an amazing place with an awesome location. I came during the winter for a hockey tournament and wish I could have been... there during the summer to experience the outside deck/bar and other activities. Still the restaurant was good and RiverworksBrewery makes fantastic beer. It’s really cool how they converted the industrial space. Read more
Atmosphere good for both kids and adults Food was good, prices were affordable. We did the kayaking and rope club adventure. My... kids, 14 and 10 enjoyed both. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Wish we had something like this where we live. Read more
Literally one of the coolest spots in Buffalo with the WORST bartenders EVER. You will wait 20+ minutes to get a drink with out... so much as being acknowledged regardless of how busy they are or aren't. At least they do not discriminate, male or female,attractive or ugly...everyone gets equally ignored! It is really a shame bc this place is so cool and offers so much to do inone complex... the bartenders just spoil the otherwise feel good vibes. Read more
