Today was the last day I will ever step foot in this location so long as the ?manager/shift leader? works there. I don?t know... her name, but her hair is always in a loose bun and her shirt is unbuttoned. I walked in today to her completely humiliating oneof the workers in front of an entire store full of customers. I heard her say to another worker that she was going to ?knock herout and I don?t care if I get fired.? The poor girl ran into the back crying. Then the manager made her come back out and takeorders while still visibly upset I wanted to talk to the manager to her face, but she ran to the back. When I called, she hungup on me. She talks like this every time I?m in there. There is a professional way to deal with problems with your staff, andthen there?s this. She clearly doesn?t know the difference. Wish I could give this ZERO stars. We just pulled up here at 2:36pm and they were closed, cleaning any doing the garbages.... Knocked on the door and they completely ignored us. Called and didn?t answer. Everywhere is advertised as closing at 3:00pm. Wewent to another located and they told us they SHOULD also be open until 3. Extremely inconvenient when you?re not from aroundthere and have no idea what?s open and what?s not and you?re depending on your google maps to take you somewhere, and you getthere and they close early for no reason.
