A lot of people don't seem to understand the pressure that the employees at this door under with the three people I was just... there at 1:08 a.m. On June 30th through the 24th front of the store party and hanging out figure for the people hiding behindthe dumpster smoking crack and on the corner and if you don't have to deal with all that my only gripe is that two or threedollars does not mean the dollar 50 a piece it doesn't mean the dollar 75 its regular price and they don't tell you to registerunlike tops or another Market that's a total rip-off I got the wrong product once bag Saturday to clear it out the second timethe staff was nice enough to clear the second product out because I didn't understand you to be so much more than ever ties oneof the guys at the store pulled $2 out of the stock and put it down and say Jeffrey do you owe me a dollar. Store is disgusting. Dirty floors and coffee counter always. NEVER do they have fresh coffee enless you make it yourself. ... They have black and house flies in the donut cabinet. Read more

Was harassed by a non mask wearing disheveled employee (Nate) who stood less then 6ft away as I tried to conduct business making... a purchase. He assumed that because I was a person of color that the associate behind the counter was in distress. As I tried totake my wallet out of my pocket, Nate proceeded to hover staring at my wallet arguing with me as I told him to back off. I havefiled a report with corporate, although I'm doubtful anything will be done. STOP harassing customers Nate... and take a Bath! Who comes to work looking like that??? Read more
I was lied to by the manager she said I could get a refund for a charger if I bring it in and it doesn't work, it didn't work... and then I come in and told by the same manager that I can't return it. Really disingenuous business, the workers are fine butthe manager has a problem with providing a refund on a 10 dollar charger also small big gulps are 1.50 when they're 50 cents atany other 711. i had my receipt btw. I'm getting a hold of corporate 711 to rectify the refund. All around the worst 711 I'vebeen to and I've been to at least 15 different ones. For the love of God go to any other 7 eleven just look at all of the 1stars. Read more
They towed my car in less than two minutes. Those scumbags don't deserve your business. The owners eyes were red and watery... like an alcoholics. When I asked who towed my car the guy played dumb and said he didn't call and also refused to give me thename of the company so I could get my car. Mind you this is 11am on a work day. Girl at 7/11 was yelling at a man asking for money outside on her break. I told the girl inside. I hope she doesn't work... here. She didn't respond. The dude held the door open for me, asked for some change, and said thank you. He had a mentalbreakdown afterward. I asked her on the way out if she worked there. She said yes. A good min later she asked why. I said I'mnot going to tell you how to do your job, but I don't like that you yelled at him. Then left it at that. You don't have toscream at people who obviously need help. You need to be compassionate and realize their people. She had him in fits. Guesswhat. I ran into her later in another shop, and she said I needed to stop following her. I said you need to stop screaming atpeople. Mind you this was AFTER hours later... in another store completely. If this is how your employees treat everyone theymeet. She needs to retrained or fired. Read more
