I originally rated the Buffalo Taco bell very lowly, due to the light shining into my bedroom, but have been thoroughly... impressed by the night staff over the last two weeks. I've intentionally ordered very complex items, and they have gotten everyorder correct. The Tacos have meat in them lately, and have been as full as they were in the 90s. They need to sync their menuwith the online one, as there are more options on the store sign than online, but I'm not sure they can so no rating reductionoff that. Turn off your giant shining bell after midnight and you'll get the 5th star. My apartment is lit up like the freakingVegas strip. Read more
The girl at the drive thru was very rude and a little stand off-ish. She than copped a attitude for no apparent reason and asked... the Manager on duty to take over the window. The manager asked if We had a problem? Which I replied," No." But I asked themanager why her employee was treating us that way? Pretty much there was no reply. Than the manager told the employee that weasked why She was being so rude,and they both had a good laugh. You don't treat your customers like that ladies even if yourhaving a bad day. You still need to conduct yourself in a professional manner.And whatever you were going through tonight, Ihope things get better for you. Read more
They did great job on filling my order. When I got home didn't find my chicken quesadilla so I went back, they gave me another... one. When I got back home did find my original one on the bottom of the bag. I'm sorry I appreciate it. Read more
We visited for the first time. Wait time was extremely long, seen many leave after waiting 30 min for food. 9/10 people inside... were waiting for their food. It appeared there were ample amount of workers to handle the small crowd. The building needssomething to keep all the flies out, perhaps the device that hangs over entry and detours flies. Also suggest shades of sometype on windows, at 6 pm sun was in our face. Building was very clean and condiments well stocked. Bathrooms were very niceand clean. Read more
Opening day was packed, and the team here absolutely killed it! I placed my order and received it as swiftly as I put it in. The... lobby was clean and tidy with napkins and sauces filled and available. Great Job! Read more
