One of the employees was rude. She was short with us, impatient, cut us off, and whispered to fellow employees under her breath... about what we had ordered. We did not take long nor did we have a complicated order, nothing to complain about especially rightin front of our faces. Used this Subway to cater a Celebration of Life for my sister. Specialty ordered a variety of their sandwich boxes per their... website. It was so embarrassing when we were serving our food & realized all the sandwiches were just meat & bread. No lettuce,cheese, tomatoes, or condiments as ordered. It was a large bill & when we called & complained they were rude, but finallyoffered us some credit. A month later...nothing!! Shame on you Subway!! Both the Subway app and Google maps say the location is open until 10pm. I ordered a sandwich at 8pm. The system took my order... and charged me. I went to the location to pick-up my sandwich @8:20pm. The location was closed. Looks like it had been closedawhile. You guys just lost a customer for good. Read more

sandwhich and service were both really good, the person who made my sandwhich was very friendly, definitely the best customer... service I have experienced at any subway. Only bad thing was my sprite was very bitter, workers need to learn when the drinksneed to be changed. Read more

Gave them my phone to do a transaction by APPLE PAY. They took a picture of themselves with my phone without me knowing.... Seriously need to reevaluate these employees. They were all in on it, and I hope this is the only time they did this becausethis is BEYOND words. Lied to my face and saying that they didn?t do it. Very unprofessional. Read more

Very rude customer service. Was told I they couldn't "customize" my sandwich... all I wanted was spinach instead of lettuce and... not to be toasted. And the prices are absolutely ridiculous!!! $12.00 for a 6 inch, chips, and a drink. It's subway not somegourmet sandwich shop. Save your money and your time. Read more

Ordered steak chipotle wrap and the screen priced it at $8.29+tax..got to the window and the lady told me $11.81. after i had... paid i looked at the receipt and it stated $10.99 + tax and the total came to $11.81. when i questioned about that the girl atthe window said "oh that screen is outdated". I replied that it's not exactly my problem that their screen is outdated shereplied with snarky voice that it's not exactly her problem either but that it is what it is. I didn't sign up to pay extra 25%for my sandwich! Very disappointed with their customer service. No apologies or offering to talk to the manager. :( Read more
