So I pulled into the drive through on a Wednesday around 3 pm where the girl told me it would be just a minute and I politely... said okay no worries. Then 10 min had went by and nothing... so I asked of she was ready yet she said said again Just oneminute. So I sat and sat- mind you there Is no one in front of me or behind. So after another 10 minutes I asked again and shesaid "no im helping other people now". So I have now been sitting for over 20 min before my order was even taken. Mind you all Ineeded was 1 scoop of Ice cream. Finally after 30 min she takes my order and was so rude. Her name was Marissa, some of theworst customer service I've ever had, it's drive thru on a Wednesday.... she was awful and I will not be returning because ofher terrible service and I personally think she needs more training on customer service.
