Two facts mainly explain the 1 star rating. (1) after a long hike almost any kind of edible substance tastes like great cuisine... (2) it's really hard to FU making French fries. So we stopped at this Hardee's after a long hike for French fries. They wereterrible. Cold, stale, flavorless. We're they even made from potatoes? On top of this, the advertised price on the drive thrumenu for large fries was $2.49. i ordered two. Total somehow came to $6.21. in other words, 1.23 in tax on $4.98. That's almost25%. Either taxes are insanely high in BV or something weird is going on there. Read more

Stopped here for a quick late breakfast while on the road. Dining area was clean and orderly. Service was fast and friendly.... Meals came out hot and fresh. Great dinning experience. Read more
Absolutely the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've been in for some time now. Staff are ridiculously slow with multiple order... mistakes. There were only 3 orders for in restaurant dining and they messed up every order. Read more
Went here a couple weeks ago for breakfast. They were understaffed that morning, but the lady in the window was KILL'N it. Very... polite and patient with my confusing self ????. My biscuits came out looking like the ones on the menu ????. Been here for luncha couple times as well and I was not disappointed either. Excellent service here. I usually see the same faces, so these peopleare over worked and I bet under paid, and they still have a positive attitude! Keep up the awesome service ya'll!! Read more
Unbelievable..Went through drive thru to grab some quick breakfast. We waited in line for a few minutes to even order then we... pick up our food and pull out. I realized they didn't give us straws. We stopped to check our food and I ordered a baconbreakfast platter and there was no egg and maybe 5 hash rounds thrown in. We headed back and I went to grab my drink there were2 cups together. I went inside and let the young lady know that I had no egg and that I needed a new drink because the topwouldn't stay on because of it being double cups. She said yeah we did 2 cups because the 1st one was busted. So I said whywould you give me a busted cup instead of just making a new drink? She asked could she just pour that one into a new cup? I wasbecoming frustrated and said no I want a new drink and the egg that I'm missing before all our food is cold. She tried to takethe platter out of my hand and I told her no I don't want you touching all over my food and passing it all around. We aredealing with covid right? She asked how was she going to give me the egg? I explained to her that she just needs to get the eggin a box, bowl or wrap it in paper I don't care just get it. She clearly has never had a customer service training class or anyfood safety training at all. I also asked for straws since I didn't have them and she also pointed across to the other side andsaid they are over there. Wow, thanks so much for your help. Chicken biscuit delicious, hash rounds some of the best in the bizz, cinnamon and raisen biscuits wow good sweet finisher.... 5:30am on a Thursday so they have the benefit of food all being fresh. Read more
