Had the BBQ Burger and the create your with green chiles, cheddar and bacon. Fries are really good, I mean really good. ... Burgers were tasty, a tad over the medium temp we ordered them at though. Honeyed Lemonade is an excellent drink and it'shydrating for the mtns! Arrived 6pm Friday night and sat down and ordered immediately. When we left around 6:40 there was aline out the door. When do you eat dinner and then return the next day for lunch? I could eat here daily and not get bored! Order food first at... counter then the table. Veggies are fresh, sauces homemade, smoked turkey the bomb. Can I marry the kale or turkeyplease? Friendly, flavorful, local, casual, kid and dog friendly. You can roll up after a 5 day backpacking trip (like us!) orcome in your couture and feel right at home. We will be back sooner then later. Read more
House Rock Kitchen was a nice surprise in a small town in Colorado. They have a great outdoor vibe and indoor seating for... cooler days. It is setup as a hybrid Grill and Sit down eating where you order upon entering and they bring your food to yourtable. They had a good selection of vegetarian options that my friend enjoyed and I had their house burger that was delightfulwith a unique bun shown in the photo. Per their name they often have music on an outdoor stage centered in the outdoor eatingarea that features a gas fire pit. Check them out! Read more

A nice variety of food and drink options in Buena Vista. Outdoor patio is good sized. If you're sitting in the right place you... have good views of the mountains. Really appreciate the policy that you can get a table until you have an order placed. Several gluten free options. Lines to get in usually indicate good stuff at a restaurant. Read more
Stopped in during busy Memorial Day evening. The crowd was crazy, but these folks kept things cranking like a smooth machine. ... The food was fabulous. Their aioli is incredible. The beer and sandwiches were amazing. We had the Salmon Sandwich and thegrilled chicken sandwich. Both fantastic. Read more
What a nice surprise with multiple vegetarian options! In the past, we've come to BV for Collegiate Peaks hiking and tolerated... the limited veg food choices on those vacations. That has changed now! This is delicious food!! My husband ordered thesouthwest bowl (black beans, rice) with veggie burger as the protein on top. I enjoyed a Greek bowl with mixed greens, beets,olives, and quinoa tabbouleh, with veggie patty as the protein. Both were HUGE portions and just so delicious. We also ordereda child's burger for our fur baby. It's one-half of a regular burger, I think. Dog loved the burger so much, it was a good twodays before she looked at her regular food without disgust. Hahaha. Another time, I ordered the veggie burger as a burger withcheese. This time it was a little dry, but still tasty. The bread used for the burger is also a little drier than most buns.Next time I'll just add a condiment because this is otherwise very tasty and so nutritious. Read more
